About This Role
- Oversee multiple concurrent professional services customer engagements ensuring successful implementation and integration of the Percipio platform.
- Manage complex learning delivery and strategy projects by aligning resources, monitoring progress, managing scope, and mitigating risks.
- Communicate project status internally and externally while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Experience managing projects as a billable consultant required.
- Proficient with Platform as a Service and virtual collaboration/web tools across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree required; strong skills in MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-faceted projects with minimal oversight and strong multi-project management skills.
- Comfortable working virtually with cross-functional remote teams across different time zones.
- Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms and knowledge of learning content integration, talent transformation, or Learning & Development is a plus.
