About This Role
- Lead strategy, vision, and program design for STEP Bihar education transformation initiatives in partnership with Bihar state education departments.
- Drive government and ecosystem partnerships, managing approvals, funder relations, and cross-functional teams including Program Leads.
- Oversee program delivery, quality control, performance reviews, and conduct field visits to integrate insights into implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred with 8–12 years experience in leading education programs involving government systems like SCERT, DIETs, or state education departments.
- Strong understanding of Bihar’s education policies including NEP 2020, NCF-SE 2023, and Mission NIPUN Bihar.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication and ability to engage with senior government officials effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Bihar and other locations as required; basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools.
