About This Role
- Own end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, probation tracking, offboarding, and employee documentation across multiple countries.
- Manage HR data accuracy in Sleek’s HRIS (OMNI), coordinate payroll inputs, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with statutory contributions, tax clearance, and work pass administration.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage office and workplace experience at HQ including facilities and staff registration.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong experience with statutory contributions, tax clearance filings, work pass administration (e.g. CPF/IR21/EP); MPF/IR56F experience is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets and Slides), data management, and preferably HRIS systems.
- Valid legal work authorization in country of residence (Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, or India) and comfort with hybrid or fully remote work arrangements as applicable.

- Experience coordinating payroll and HR operations across multiple countries/entities demonstrating strong administrative discipline and attention to detail.
- Comfortable integrating AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve HR operational efficiency and communication.
- Demonstrates ownership with reliability, structured thinking for complex multi-market environments, and capability to handle difficult conversations constructively.
