About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of WMS solutions, ensuring alignment with customer business and technical processes.
- Serve as technical liaison among project teams, customers, and product groups to communicate needs, conduct knowledge transfer, and support post-go-live stabilization and value realization.
- Provide functional and technical support including quality assurance, system testing, troubleshooting, integration, and performance tuning during product implementation and enhancement projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of corporate experience in relevant domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Hands-on expertise in functional and technical configuration of WMS products (preferably JDA/RedPrairie) including knowledge of WMS interfaces with ERP, TMS, Voice, Material Handling, ASRS systems.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting complex issues, system testing, quality assurance, and technical integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant with deep knowledge of WMS implementations and integration with multiple supply chain systems.
- Capable of independent problem-solving with minimal guidance and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment involving cross-functional teams, and adept at maintaining strong client and internal relationships.
