About This Role
- Lead end-to-end security audits, assessments, and control reviews across corporate labels and studios, ensuring design, implementation, and operational effectiveness.
- Identify and remediate control deficiencies through risk-based evaluations and collaborate with teams to automate evidence collection and continuous control monitoring.
- Provide subject-matter guidance and mentorship within the GRC team, improve assurance methodologies, and report security posture and remediation progress to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Information Security Assurance, IT Audit, GRC, Security Compliance, or similar control assessment roles.
- Proven ability to independently plan and execute security audits assessing control design, implementation, and effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks including NIST CSF, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, and related regulatory or contractual requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in federated or decentralized environments, capable of managing complex security assurance initiatives independently.
- Strong in translating technical findings into actionable risk-supported guidance for diverse stakeholders including senior leadership.
- Skilled at driving remediation and influencing across teams without direct authority, leveraging communication and analytical skills.
