About This Role
- Own the full technical engagement lifecycle for enterprise customers, including discovery, solution design, deployment, adoption, and continuous optimization of Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform solutions.
- Architect and integrate ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and other Zero Trust Exchange products in complex multi-cloud and hybrid environments with AI-driven workload scenarios.
- Lead Zero Trust maturity assessments, technical workshops, and migration planning with customer and partner stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable security outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Security/Network Consulting, Technical Account Management, Escalation Engineering, or SOC operations.
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating Zscaler solutions including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of modern identity frameworks (SAML, SSO/IdP, MFA), Zero Trust Network Access principles, and networking/security fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, PAC files, GRE/IPSec tunnels, proxies, next-gen firewalls).
- Working knowledge of AI/ML security concepts related to shadow AI risks, data loss prevention in AI contexts, and securing LLM/API-driven workloads.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in navigating complex enterprise security architectures combining multi-cloud, hybrid, and AI-accelerated environments with strategic and technical depth.
- Demonstrates ability to engage both senior business stakeholders and hands-on engineering teams to deliver platform-led security transformations.
- Familiarity with cloud-native security (Azure, AWS, GCP), SASE/SSE frameworks, and industry certifications like ZDTA/ZDTE, CISSP, or CCSP is a plus but not mandatory.
