About This Role
- Lead discovery and translate business needs into clear solution requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for WPP Open capabilities.
- Design and demonstrate scalable solution options, supporting implementation through to delivery, validation, and handover with cross-functional teams.
- Manage delivery coordination, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement by converting lessons learned into reusable patterns and feedback for product enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in solutions consulting, business or product analysis, implementation consulting, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
- Experience working across product, engineering, delivery, and commercial stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing technology and platform implementation; experience with WPP Open, API integration, Jira/Confluence or process-mapping tools is advantageous but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage complex solution consulting engagements with a focus on client value, repeatable solution design, and scalable delivery.
- Comfortable bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and realistic commitments.
- Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments handling multiple priorities and driving dependable delivery with strong documentation and stakeholder management.
