About This Role
- Own architecture, design, and extensibility of LinkedIn's global ServiceNow platform impacting 17,500+ employees and contingent workforce.
- Design, develop, and optimize complex ServiceNow solutions including CMDB and Asset Management for ITOM visibility, compliance, and operational reliability.
- Lead as technical authority across SAM, ITOM, SPM and enterprise analytics; mentor engineers and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software design and development with algorithmic problem solving.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR/TSM modules, including Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Portal, Workflows, and Orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB architecture, discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform governance, CMDB design, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and performance analytics.
- Proven ability to lead complex troubleshooting and technical architecture guidance in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow deployments.
- Experience collaborating with product management, security, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
