About This Role
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and supplier coordination for global engineering infrastructure.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, data quality, and scalability of procurement workflows.
- Maintain operational reporting including dashboards, SLA and KPI tracking, and deliver actionable insights on procurement performance and bottlenecks.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total professional experience with 3+ years in enterprise procurement operations covering PR/PO creation and invoice management.
- 2+ years experience with procurement or ERP platforms like Coupa, SAP, or Oracle.
- Experience in supplier onboarding, sourcing processes, contract compliance, budgets, spend analysis, and financial reconciliations (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and at least 1 year building reports or dashboards in Power BI.

- Experienced in complex procurement operations within large-scale, enterprise or data center infrastructure environments.
- Skilled at integrating and optimizing multiple procurement and financial systems for procure-to-pay workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process controls, workflow automation, and leverage AI tools for operational efficiency improvements.
