About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of AI solutions focusing on reasoning, memory, and orchestration in production systems.
- Own end-to-end delivery from design through deployment ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Provide technical leadership including mentoring, code reviews, and establishing best practices while integrating emerging LLM and Agentic AI advancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 11+ years of experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications with proven success in conversational AI and NLP platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Python for building production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on expertise with LLM-powered applications and tooling, including frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and vendor APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Experience integrating AI into workflows and evaluating AI-driven insights; deep understanding of agentic reasoning pipelines and advanced NLP techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business value and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading AI or ML engineering projects across multiple teams or domains with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Strong analytical skills related to model performance evaluation, inference latency and cost optimization, and overall system efficiency improvements.
