About This Role
- Support execution of routine operational processes within established workflows ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain organized documentation and comply with policies to uphold operational consistency and compliance standards.
- Identify and escalate exceptions or issues, collaborating with team members to meet service levels and operational goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months operations support experience, or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- University degree in Business, Commerce, or any other discipline.
- 6+ months experience in banking/Financial Services.
- Must work US operational hours (India night shift).
- Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
