About This Role
- Define and lead technical vision and architecture for enterprise-scale AI-powered customer care platform ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, drive adoption of modern technologies including cloud-native microservices and CI/CD, and improve operational excellence via telemetry and automation.
- Own talent strategy including recruiting, developing, and growing high-performing engineering teams aligned to long-term technology goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering or related area.
- Experience with cloud native distributed systems (Azure/GCP/WCNP preferred) and microservices architecture.
- Experience managing software development teams with proven technical leadership in system design and engineering excellence.
