About This Role
- Lead and coordinate daily multi-site facility operations including hard services, soft services, and support functions within a designated city cluster, ensuring SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
- Manage city-level operational budgets (OPEX and CAPEX), track variances, and drive cost optimization initiatives with detailed financial reporting and forecasting.
- Drive process improvements, quality audits, vendor management, and customer sentiment tracking to maintain operational excellence and support strategic planning and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in integrated facilities management or corporate real estate operations in India, managing multi-site operations.
- On-site work location required: Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with operational dashboards, financial tracking (OPEX/CAPEX), vendor management systems, and audit management tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing city-level integrated facility operations with a strong understanding of Indian regulatory and commercial real estate environment.
- Skilled in operational budget management, vendor contractual compliance, and driving continuous process improvements using Lean/Kaizen methodologies.
- Capable of translating multi-site operational data into actionable insights and managing stakeholder relationships across clients, vendors, and internal teams.
