About This Role
- Lead and coordinate daily operations across multiple client sites within a designated city cluster, ensuring compliance with SLAs and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage city-level operational and financial functions including OPEX/CAPEX budgets, vendor relationships, and process improvements using data-driven insights.
- Conduct audits, monitor KPIs, and implement standardized operational processes to ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in integrated facilities management or corporate real estate operations in India, managing multi-site operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with operational dashboards, budget management, vendor management, and audit processes.
- On-site role located in Gurugram, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-site facility operations with strong vendor and contract management skills at city/regional level.
- Skilled in financial oversight of OPEX and CAPEX with ability to drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality.
- Data-driven operator with experience in customer sentiment analysis, process standardization, and regulatory compliance in Indian commercial real estate or IFM context.
