About This Role
- Lead and coordinate daily food & beverage (F&B) operations across multiple client sites within a designated city cluster, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage city-level operational budgets, monitor KPIs, drive vendor performance and compliance, and support process improvements using Lean/Kaizen methodologies.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contractual obligations, audits, project milestone tracking, and standardization implementation to maintain operational excellence and support strategic planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in integrated facilities management or corporate real estate operations in India with multi-site management exposure.
- On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis/reporting tools, budget management, vendor management, and audit/compliance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-site integrated facilities management focusing on hard and soft services within commercial real estate environment in India.
- Operationally strong with capabilities in budget control, vendor governance, SLA compliance, and use of dashboards for performance insights.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma), project management certifications, and compliance monitoring preferred.
