About This Role
- Own and define Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration standards for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments ensuring scalability, security, and platform health.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 Salesforce admins and developers, managing coding standards, reviews, team growth, and reporting responsibilities.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, release cycles, governance, data security, and collaborate with business leaders to translate goals into a Salesforce platform roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 12 years in Salesforce ecosystem as developer, architect, and team lead including end-to-end implementations and platform governance.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce best practices, Apex, Visualforce, APIs, Lightning Web Components, flows, triggers, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Data Cloud, CI/CD processes, tools, release management, and AI tools like Claude for improving developer productivity.
- Prior experience as Salesforce platform lead managing production environment and sandboxes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical Salesforce team while setting architectural standards and managing platform health at scale.
- Experienced with hands-on development and integration in Salesforce including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and advanced Apex and LWC coding.
- Strategic thinker capable of balancing build vs buy decisions, deploying AI tools responsibly to boost productivity, and partnering with multiple business stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Operations.
