About This Role
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for assigned Maersk Line vessels ensuring 4R principle: Right price, place, time, and quantity.
- Lead supplier performance management, price negotiations, contract management for smaller agreements, and stakeholder management under Procurement Framework.
- Drive operational performance, training, and mentoring of junior staff; lead strategic initiatives including automation and process optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in procurement domain.
- Experience in planning and supply chain in an international matrix organization.
- Educational background in Engineering and/or Masters in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
- Experience in the marine industry considered an advantage.
