About This Role
- Own and execute design projects from discovery through implementation and launch for a defined product area.
- Design complex workflows and user interfaces catering to diverse user groups including analysts, managers, and engineers, focusing on real-world scenarios and edge cases.
- Use customer feedback, usability testing, and product analytics to continuously improve user experience and maintain design system consistency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years full-time, in-house product design experience (contract, freelance, agency, and internships excluded).
- Proven experience designing and shipping real product features and workflows.
- Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.
- Availability to work onsite in Bengaluru.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor with ownership mindset in medium-complexity product design projects.
- Skilled in simplifying complex, data-heavy workflows and designing for edge cases with strong problem framing and research abilities.
- Familiarity or advantage with domains such as merchant/customer onboarding, KYC/KYB, payments, fraud detection, case management, or rule verification workflows.
