About This Role
- Manage client reporting requests and monitor the Investran database for Private Equity clients.
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS Report Builder for global clients.
- Enhance technical product features, support operational excellence, automate manual processes, and handle ad-hoc business-driven projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2+ years of relevant fund administration experience including client reporting and application support.
- Bachelor's degree (BE) or Post-graduate/MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Exposure to Crystal Reports & SSRS Report Builder; SQL query writing against any RDBMS; VBA and other programming languages are a plus.
- Work Experience Required: 0-2+ years in relevant fund administration and client reporting domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has technical experience with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, SSRS) and strong SQL skills to manage fund administration data.
- Able to work independently in unstructured environments with minimal supervision, proactively improving processes.
- Comfortable with operational support duties, documentation, and engaging in product knowledge forums like the Investran Task Force.
