About This Role
- Contribute to design, development, and implementation of web applications and backend systems using Java, React.js, and related technologies.
- Lead technical aspects including system enhancements, RESTful API integration, high-availability architecture, and production support with 3rd-line responsibilities.
- Mentor junior developers, provide subject matter expertise, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver complex projects with limited supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional software development experience in web applications and backend systems.
- Strong skills in React.js, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux or equivalent, and Oracle databases with optimized SQL.
- Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing frameworks (Karma, Jest, JUnit), and version control tools like Git and Bitbucket.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experienced in medium-to-large scale complex projects with proven ability to deliver independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical judgment and ability to autonomously lead system design, code analysis, security remediation, and production support.
- Skilled in communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.
