About This Role
- Manage and lead a team of digital software engineers, overseeing delivery of software products including budgeting, hiring, and performance management.
- Own end-to-end engineering activities including design, implementation, deployment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of software development lifecycle processes.
- Provide strategic insights, risk assessment, and technical leadership to senior management while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in development, delivery, and support of mission-critical, customer-facing applications in roles progressing from engineer to manager.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple technologies including React, JavaScript, Java, Python, Spring Boot, and experience with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, SaaS, Agile/Scrum, API & microservices design, and test automation.
