About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy Azure-based generative AI and LLM solutions for complex business use cases like summarization, classification, Q&A, and content generation.
- Build scalable AI pipelines using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and related services with performance optimization for accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven applications while ensuring responsible AI practices including fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch); experience with NLP techniques and large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA).

- Experienced in deploying and fine-tuning LLM-based solutions specifically on Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem.
- Comfortable working in an environment requiring collaboration across teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Familiar with advanced Azure AI technologies and responsible AI practices, balancing innovation with data privacy, fairness, and transparency concerns.
