About This Role
- Lead and grow a team to deliver enterprise data products and AI capabilities, including data pipelines, semantic models, and AI agent integrations.
- Own engineering delivery, production readiness, monitoring, incident response, and cost control for data and AI services.
- Manage roadmaps, prioritize use cases, ensure cross-functional delivery, and measure business outcomes such as data reliability, AI answer quality, and operating costs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in data/software engineering or related fields, including 3+ years leading data engineering teams.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, dimensional modeling, distributed processing, and cloud architecture, specifically Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Composer/Airflow, Dataform) or comparable technologies.
- Experience delivering enterprise data platforms and AI-enabled applications, along with semantic modeling, metadata management, knowledge graphs, and production support practices.
