About This Role
- Process, settle, reconcile, and service securities transactions accurately and timely across the trade lifecycle.
- Support cash movements, account servicing, client onboarding, and resolve routine operational issues or exceptions.
- Collaborate internally to ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements and identify process efficiency improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months of securities operations experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
- Strong knowledge of securities transactions, trade support, settlement, reconciliation, and cash/account servicing activities.
- Proficiency with securities processing systems, brokerage platforms, Microsoft Excel, and related reporting/reconciliation tools.
- Work location: U.S. only; Visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in securities operations, brokerage, or wealth management operational functions with an understanding of risk and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational issues and exceptions using risk-based decision making.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment while maintaining accuracy.
