About This Role
- Maintain and process local HR and payroll activities accurately, ensuring alignment with legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries promptly and manage employee data within People & Culture systems, participating in auditing for data quality.
- Collaborate with UK Local Delivery Lead and other partners to support hire-to-retire processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Service Delivery.
- Strong digital literacy with ability to use and quickly learn HR and payroll systems.
- No travel required; position requires hybrid office/remote working within country.

- Experience working within UK legal, fiscal, and regulatory frameworks relevant to HR and payroll delivery.
- Demonstrates analytical skills and ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail in process-driven environments.
