About This Role
- Lead architecture and detailed design for embedded C++ software features, including debugging and defect resolution.
- Conduct and lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Mentor engineers and remove technical roadblocks while ensuring defect management and release discipline.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–14+ years of software development experience with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in C++ for embedded development and Embedded Linux.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electronics, or related field.
- Experience with concurrency, performance, Git, CI/CD, and modern software practices.

- Experienced in embedded systems with strong technical leadership in small to medium teams.
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, including systems, sensors, and hardware.
- Proficient in mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions with a focus on architecture and quality.
