About This Role
- Administer, configure, and govern Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira, and GitHub platforms including projects, permissions, workflows, and automations for enterprise use.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to optimize Agile work management practices and ensure reliable, secure integrations and reporting.
- Develop training materials, dashboards, and automation to improve adoption, transparency, and delivery efficiency across diverse teams.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience administering Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira, and GitHub in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise identity and access controls in GitHub, including SAML SSO, SCIM user provisioning, and least-privilege access.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by business priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing workflows, permission models, and project structures aligned with Agile methodologies in enterprise settings.
- Proficient in managing permissions, automations, and integrations to maintain secure, scalable work management ecosystems.
- Capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver training, support, and optimize tooling usage and reporting.
