About This Role
- Provide technical leadership and set engineering direction across multiple teams to design, develop, deliver, and operate secure, cloud-native full-stack applications.
- Lead architecture and engineering strategy involving C#/.NET backend and Next.js/React frontend technologies, emphasizing scalable API solutions and cloud integration.
- Own complex production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement systemic improvements to reduce operational risk and improve engineering quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience including leadership across complex systems and multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
- Proven expertise with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Next.js, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript for full-stack development.
- Extensive experience designing, deploying, and operating cloud-native workloads on AWS and/or Microsoft Azure with infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Bicep.

- Demonstrated ability to mentor senior engineers and elevate engineering practices related to security, testing, observability, and operational excellence.
