About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI (GenAI) solutions including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Build and scale enterprise use cases involving Large Language Models (LLMs) integrated with graph-based memory and tool-using agents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable GenAI-powered systems ensuring reliability and strong software engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of total experience in AI/ML or software engineering with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI system development and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude 2/Gemini and multi-agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with cloud-native deployment practices (APIs, containers, microservices).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experienced in building scalable, production-grade GenAI systems with strong software engineering discipline including CI/CD and version control.
- Comfortable working with advanced AI concepts like memory-augmented architectures and tool-using agents in enterprise settings.
- Capable of collaborating across teams to deliver integrated AI solutions aligned to real-world operational requirements.
