About This Role
- Own configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning FP&A platform.
- Manage system administration, data integrations, user security, and build financial models and reports.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Accounting, and HR to align system with forecasting and business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning administration experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong proficiency with OfficeConnect and complex Adaptive Planning formulas.
- Experience managing data integrations with Adaptive Integration Platform or similar tools preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex financial modeling and system administration within Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Able to troubleshoot data discrepancies and translate technical details to finance stakeholders.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with FP&A, IT, Accounting, and HR teams.
