About This Role
- Drive adoption and effective use of Databricks platform and GenAI capabilities across multiple business areas.
- Define governance guardrails, standards, and reusable technical patterns for a scalable Databricks platform.
- Lead community building, workshops, and knowledge-sharing to accelerate data and AI solution delivery and maturity.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in data science, ML engineering, or AI platform roles with hands-on AI system/model building.
- Hands-on production experience with Databricks including Unity Catalog, MLflow, Model Serving, Lakeflow Jobs/Workflows, and newer features like Agent Bricks, Genie, Feature Engineering, AI Gateway.
- Experience building and monitoring GenAI applications (e.g. RAG, agents).
- Experience defining and implementing MLOps or engineering standards adopted by other teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior individual contributor with deep expertise in Databricks platform and GenAI tooling adoption in production ecosystems.
- Strong communicator able to explain complex technical topics clearly to engineers, data scientists, and leadership and deliver effective workshops.
- Preference for candidates with experience in enablement, consulting, or developer advocacy roles involving community building and training delivery.
