About This Role
- Lead end-to-end development and customization of OCR/ICR and RPA AI/ML products, from planning to solution delivery.
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy vision-language and machine learning models focused on document data extraction (PDFs, images).
- Implement and enhance OCR pipelines for both structured and unstructured text recognition, utilizing Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years total work experience with minimum 5 years in AI/ML product development focused on OCR/ICR technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proficient in Python programming and ML frameworks/libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace; experience with OCR tools like Tesseract, PaddleOCR.
- Experience as a Technical Architect involving design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI products.

- Experienced in leading AI/ML product development with specialization in document OCR/ICR solutions and vision-language models.
- Capable of full lifecycle product ownership from requirements gathering through production deployment in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates technical depth in both ML model training/fine-tuning and production-level AI system implementation, including CI/CD and cloud-related ML operations.
