About This Role
- Lead and manage the database administration team, including resource allocation and bi-monthly performance and project review meetings.
- Drive the design and implementation of advanced data models, metadata management tools, and data standards to address complex database processing needs and ensure operational performance standards.
- Oversee adoption of AI/ML tools, real-time data ingestion processes, and innovative operational roles, while liaising with business development and multiple stakeholder groups on project feasibility and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing database administration teams and resource allocation in a matrix environment.
- Familiarity with EDC systems, data query tools, CDISC standards, and managing large datasets with data quality evaluation.
- Strong business acumen including financial management and budgeting skills; proven leadership and project management capability.
