About This Role
- Manage and execute end-to-end demand and supply planning processes for Print, S&G, and Personal Systems businesses ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze planning data and KPIs to identify issues, coordinate root-cause analysis and resolution with business SMEs, IT, and cross-functional teams.
- Support planning tools implementation, stabilization, continuous improvement, and assist in testing, validation, and process documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related supply chain discipline (BTech, BE, MCA preferred).
- 1–3 years experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Planning Operations with exposure to SAP APO and/or SAP IBP modules.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP HANA, SAP Ariba, and enterprise planning systems required.
- Willingness to work across different time zones based on business requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working closely between business planning teams and IT to resolve demand-supply planning system and process issues.
- Analytically strong with skills in data analysis, planning metrics monitoring, and root-cause problem solving within supply chain contexts.
- Comfortable with SAP planning tools and ERP systems and able to support testing, implementation, and continuous process improvements.
