About This Role
- Provide administrative and documentation support to sales teams, including proposals, quotations, and customer documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate sales activities such as internal/external meetings, sales reviews, and opportunity tracking ensuring timely updates and smooth communication between departments.
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline summaries, and maintain CRM systems to reflect accurate sales data and metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service roles with CRM and sales reporting experience.
- Certification in CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales support or customer service.

- Experienced in managing sales documentation and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics enabling efficient customer data and sales pipeline management.
- Demonstrates operational discipline in coordinating multiple sales activities and ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit policies.
- Capable of managing due diligence processes and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of commercial information in an organized manner.
