About This Role
- Provide personalized interior design consultations primarily via remote and digital channels including live video appointments.
- Create tailored home furnishing solutions including room layouts, space plans, and complete design concepts using advanced planning and visualization tools.
- Support customers in furniture selection, kitchen planning, lighting, and storage solutions aligned with their lifestyle and IKEA's sustainability goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, space planning, home furnishing, or design-led customer consultation.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, color coordination, and home furnishing trends.
- Proficiency in digital design and planning tools for interior visualization.
- Preferred degree background in Interior Design, Architecture, Home Styling, Furniture Design, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer-facing design consultations with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships remotely.
- Skilled in leveraging IKEA product range creatively within functional home spaces using digital tools.
- Demonstrates a portfolio or evidence of residential interior design or home furnishing projects combining creativity with practical solutions.
