About This Role
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including sorting, grading, transformation, dispatch, and cold chain management ensuring quality standards and SOP compliance.
- Manage inventory accuracy, conduct stock audits, and ensure timely handling of damaged or expired products as per SOP and customer SLAs.
- Coordinate with vendors for resources, monitor performance, control costs, track productivity, and ensure operational KPIs and reporting are met, including SAP billing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, grocery, or fresh produce supply chains.
- Experience in cold chain operations and managing high-volume warehouses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for operational and billing processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex warehouse operations with cold chain and inventory management expertise.
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and operational resources to maintain service levels and cost control.
- Skilled in operational reporting, KPI tracking, and leveraging ERP systems like SAP for process efficiency.
