About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities, including establishing and implementing new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team.
- Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocate work, and ensure application design adheres to architecture and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong, hands-on proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; deep experience with Microservices architecture and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years relevant experience.

- Experienced in managing and implementing successful software development projects with strong consulting/project management skills.
- Capable of resolving high-impact, complex business and system process problems using advanced knowledge of programming and architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for code generation and prompt engineering to guide AI development assistants.
