About This Role
- Lead architecture and delivery of advanced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) digital experience solutions, including migration to AEM Cloud Service and integration with AI capabilities.
- Serve as trusted technology advisor to enterprise customers, defining technology strategies and modernization roadmaps involving AI-powered Experience Cloud solutions.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams and projects, providing architectural leadership, mentoring, and developing reusable architecture patterns focusing on scalability, security, and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, architecture, or software delivery with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Proficiency in AEM architectures, including Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services, integrations, performance optimization, and related technologies like DAM, CMS, and composable architectures.
- Technical skills including Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, with knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern web/cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CDNs.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work onsite with customers as required.

- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and digital experience platform modernization with experience in AI and agentic technology adoption for enterprise digital transformations.
- Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale customer engagements with strong consulting and leadership skills to manage senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience architecting secure, scalable solutions integrating AI capabilities, with knowledge of responsible AI practices including security, privacy, and governance.
