About This Role
- Support sourcing and procurement activities specifically for IT services, software, and contractor management including onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage procure-to-pay processes using ServiceNow and SAP S/4HANA, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and invoice support ensuring compliance and service levels.
- Prepare procurement reports and dashboards; contribute to process improvements and maintain accurate procurement system records.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, P2P Operations, or Supply Chain functions including Purchase Order processing and contract administration.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems and procurement workflow platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Experienced in procurement operations within IT services or software domains, with hands-on involvement in P2P lifecycle management.
- Comfortable operating with enterprise ERP systems and digital procurement tools supporting efficient vendor and stakeholder interactions.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities, delivering accurate reporting, and driving continuous process improvements in a multinational corporate environment.
