About This Role
- Develop and enhance billing platform reporting capabilities to provide insights across client setup, data delivery, and core billing.
- Build and test new reports including SQL development and collaborate with technology and QA teams for delivery and enhancements.
- Provide senior leadership with reporting updates (e.g., AR, billing metrics, KPIs) and automate reporting leveraging AI-enabled tools for accuracy and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-14 years of progressive experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools, specifically OBIEE and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Strong skills in SQL and advanced Excel; knowledge of ORMB preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; experience writing BRDs, test cases, and executing test scenarios related to reporting required.

- Experience managing complex operational analysis and financial data reporting in a financial services environment.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at various organizational levels including senior leadership.
- Demonstrated capability in automating reports and improving reporting processes using advanced BI tools and AI-enabled technologies.
