About This Role
- Own end-to-end Finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Payroll, MIS reporting, and Audit compliance.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in finance functions.
- Develop, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures ensuring statutory compliance and internal controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of finance experience, preferably in e-commerce or startup environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field; CA Intermediate or MBA Finance preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, MIS, audit handling, and closure.
- Proficient in advanced Excel, ERP systems, and accounting principles; exposure to automation tools required.

- Experienced in managing comprehensive finance functions including cash flow, banking, and statutory compliance in dynamic startups or e-commerce sectors.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on process automation and operational efficiency.
- Capable of preparing actionable financial reports and collaborating with internal and external auditors for audit completion.
