About This Role
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle for US clients, including accurate billing, cash application, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls through month-end close activities and audit support.
- Identify process improvements to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and oversee junior team members' work.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in US accounting focusing on Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce/Finance or equivalent (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance); CA Inter, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close processes.
- Experience with at least one ERP/accounting system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics) and ability to work US shift hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling US-based Accounts Receivable functions with strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel for reconciliations and reporting.
- Capable of managing communications with US customers and leading junior team members in a fast-paced environment.
