About This Role
- Develop and deploy high-quality full-stack software solutions that meet both functional and non-functional business requirements with comprehensive test coverage and minimal supervision.
- Analyze business objectives to design technical solutions and provide accurate development effort estimates for new features.
- Mentor and provide technical assistance within the team while promoting best practices such as test automation and contributing to strategic engineering goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years industry experience as a full-stack engineer with expertise in .NET Core/.Net 6/.Net 8 and REST APIs; .NET experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Engineering discipline.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS services including AWS Lambda, EC2, ECS.
- Proficiency in C#, OOPS concepts, design patterns, test automation, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, TeamCity, Jenkins, Octopus).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack engineer with strong expertise in .NET and associated modern development stacks including frontend JavaScript frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Technically autonomous with a track record of owning initiatives and delivering value in a large enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling, security practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Observe, Prometheus, or Grafana.
