About This Role
- Own and manage the Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS) Business Intelligence roadmap, including prioritization, capacity, delivery, and stakeholder communication aligned with service performance and growth.
- Lead development of BI analysts and developers, establish analytics lifecycle standards, replace ad hoc reporting with reusable data products, and deliver comprehensive analytics across multiple RCM performance metrics.
- Oversee governed Snowflake data products and Power BI analytics development, ensure data governance, quality, security, and prioritize AI and automation initiatives to drive process efficiency and scalable growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, healthcare analytics, finance, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years experience in BI, analytics engineering, reporting, or data analytics including leading projects or teams.
- Healthcare revenue cycle analytics experience covering claims, remittances, denials, payments, A/R, payer behavior, reimbursement, and productivity.
- Onsite work required in Vadodara office, night shift (6:30pm-3:30am IST), 5 days/week; Remote applicants not considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain expertise connecting healthcare billing and revenue cycle concepts to actionable analytics and financial/operational impact.
- Fluent in Snowflake data modeling, advanced SQL, Power BI semantic modeling, DAX, and BI tool best practices with governance and quality control experience.
- Experienced in leading BI teams, managing analytics as products with defined users and outcomes, and skilled at communicating complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
