About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple technology programs/products, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage resource planning including capacity, utilization, hiring, onboarding, and workforce allocation aligned with business demand.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile/Lean transformation to enhance productivity, delivery predictability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Approximately 21 years of experience in project management or relevant domains.
- Experience in managing financial aspects of delivery such as budgets, forecasts, and commercial commitments.
- Proven experience implementing standard processes and best practices across businesses with multiple stakeholders.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 21 years of project management experience.
