About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Global Pharma products, ensuring high-quality, compliant, on-schedule completion from pre-delivery approvals through customer proof of delivery and billing.
- Manage stakeholder coordination and delivery dependencies across internal teams (pre-delivery, post-delivery, publishers, compliance, etc.) to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and AI adoption to optimize delivery processes, monitor KPIs, and maintain documentation/SOPs for existing and new products.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational delivery and/or project management involving complex deliverables and senior stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Knowledge of compliance and risk in editorial and financial contexts, with capability to challenge and escalate.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as stated in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational delivery within pharmaceutical/medical content or related domains, familiar with journal production workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate cross-functional teams and negotiate to achieve delivery targets.
- Comfortable working remotely in a global and culturally diverse environment with a proactive approach to technology and innovation including AI tools.
