About This Role
- Manage and deliver complex customer onboarding projects for supply chain and transportation solutions, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
- Coordinate across customers, suppliers, carriers, and global cross-functional teams to drive delivery and resolve risks, issues, and escalations.
- Support onboarding activities during IST overnight shifts aligned to U.S. business hours and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Transportation Management with direct supplier/carrier engagement.
- At least 5 years of project or implementation experience, preferably in 3PL, 4PL, or SaaS cloud software.
- High-level understanding of SAP IDocs (EDI/API) integrations is mandatory.
- Must work IST overnight shifts aligned with U.S. business hours; excellent communication skills in German or Portuguese required.
