About This Role
- Oversee and improve Managed Services offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Managed Services analysts, including performance management and coaching.
- Identify process efficiencies, handle escalations, coordinate product launches, and drive adoption of recommended practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) required.
- 2-3 years of people management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
