About This Role
- Design, execute, and analyze automated test suites covering positive and negative scenarios using tools like Playwright, Selenium, and Java.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for incident triage, trend analysis, and validation of outputs adhering to security requirements.
- Mentor team members on testing capabilities and collaborate with product teams to improve operational effectiveness and demonstrate product features to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, TestNG, BlazeMeter) and Java programming.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) teams and with tools like JIRA for test case and defect management.
- Experience performing API testing on REST web services via automation and using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for production support workflows with data security awareness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and debugging code in large corporate environments.
- Comfortable working in both on-premises and public cloud large-scale technology environments with exposure to banking domain as a plus.
- Familiar with applying AI-assisted development and automation tools to enhance software development lifecycle and operational efficiency.
